The Kolsai Lakes are three alpine lakes cascading down a mountain valley in the northern Tian Shan range.
The first lake (1,818m) is the most accessible. The second lake (2,252m) is arguably the most beautiful. The third lake (2,700m) rewards with supreme solitude.
The park also encompasses the nearby Kaindy Lake — famous for its surreal forest of spruce trunks rising from the water.
